| Separatees |
The process takes some planning! Those that are thinking about separating from the Air Force are encouraged to participate in Transition activities as early as 12 months before they are due to separate. To get started, register for the Pre-Separation Briefing. It does not commit you to separating, so you can always re-enlist later if you change your mind. If you are involuntarily separating or are going through a MEB, contact us right away to schedule a one-on-one Pre-Separation Briefing. Completing the pre-separation briefing does not lock you into separating. If you change your mind and reenlist, you will simply complete another pre-separation next time you are 12 months out from separating. Take a look at the recommended timeline to plan it all out. See below for more information.
